Commercial Account Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Supervisor to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the HVAC sector,
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence,
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations,
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands,
Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments,
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively,
Knowledge about commercial products (such as commercial boiler etc.).

Qualifications

Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities (Preferably Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering,
Minimum 5 years of experience in project follow-up and sales in sectors such as HVAC, Building Materials, Energy, etc.,
Experienced in portfolio management,
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office programs,
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
Possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills,
No travel restrictions,
Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
