About the Role

Our client is a high-growth SaaS company seeking a Commercial Account Manager who is deeply committed to customer outcomes and long-term partnerships. You’ll guide mid market and lower enterprise customers through every stage of their journey—driving adoption, measurable value, renewals, and expansion. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, accelerate time to value, and position our platform as a strategic pillar in workforce and hiring initiatives.


  • Own a book of business with strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and ROI—leading to strong retention and expansion.
  • Build tailored account plans that align stakeholders on goals, success metrics, and timelines.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, leading customer and internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate deployment and usage.
  • Develop and deepen executive relationships to position our platform as critical to workforce strategy.
  • Proactively manage customer health via cadenced check-ins, QBRs, and success plans to ensure seamless renewals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility, aligning growth opportunities with customer needs and budget cycles.


Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing mid market and lower enterprise accounts in a SaaS environment
  • A plus if you have experience in talent tech or HR technology
  • Ability to work a Hybrid schedule 3 days per week in our Santa Clara, CA office
