Commercial Account Manager

As an Account Manager in the supply chain department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients. You will be responsible for monitoring supplier availability, resolving client complaints, managing product availability, and optimizing inventory levels. Additionally, you will handle various tasks related to order processing, supplier communication, and negotiation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

* Monitor supplier performance, availability, and delivery timelines.

* Resolve client complaints and provide proactive solutions.

* Manage order processing, inventory levels, and demand forecasting.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, procurement) to streamline operations.

* Analyze data (MS Excel) to track KPIs and improve supply chain efficiency.


Requirements:

*Proven experience (ONE to TWO years) as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.

*Solid experience with MS Office (particularly Excel)

*Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

*Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

*Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills.

*BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
