Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license with previous commercial insurance experience is a plus but will train the right candidate
• 1-2 Years of office experience (preferred, but not required)
• Trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.

Responsibilities:

• Assist current customers with payments, questions, and service
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Support can include responding to inquiries: regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification and other service related tasks
• Quote new policies, submit applications and assist the Commercial Lines Sales Manager as needed

Pay: Negotiable

Expected hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday mornings
