Responsibilities

• Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant appliances.
• Review schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot complex equipment issues effectively.
• Coordinate service schedules to minimize downtime for clients while maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment upgrades, installations, and repairs to optimize system efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and equipment performance for reporting and warranty purposes.

Skills

• Extensive appliance repair experience with a focus on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment.
• Strong understanding of schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting purposes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians.
• Solid mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and commercial kitchen appliances.
• Experience in construction or facility maintenance projects involving HVAC or restaurant equipment installation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Ability to interpret technical data and perform complex repairs confidently while adhering to safety standards.
