Job Description:

1.Assist in daily flight operations at the airport.

2.Coordinate with airport authorities, ground handling companies, and other departments.

3.Handle flight delays, irregularities, and passenger-related issues.

4.Provide administrative support for flight operations documentation and reporting.

5.Assist with airline ticketing and related services.

Core Competencies & Skills Required

1.College degree or above, preferably in aviation, airline management, or related field.

2.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

3.Proficient in Microsoft Office and airline operations software.

4.Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

5.Open to internal role rotations, including ticketing.

6.Fluent in English and Mandarin with good communication skills.
