We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in leasing both residential and commercial properties across Qatar. This is a commission-based role with earnings up to 70%, offering high-income potential for self-driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Generate leads, conduct property tours, and close leasing agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Advertise properties through digital platforms and other marketing channels.
- Stay updated on market trends and rental values in key areas.
- Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and compliant with Qatar's regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate leasing (commercial and/or residential).
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) is mandatory.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s real estate laws and leasing procedures.
