Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Commercial & Retail Sourcing and Closing Manager to strengthen our sales team. The role focuses on lead sourcing and deal closures for commercial office spaces and retail units, catering to investors, entrepreneurs, brands, and institutional buyers.

The position involves active weekday sourcing and weekend client engagement and closures, aligned with peak walk-in and decision-making cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Business Development

  • Generate and manage leads for commercial offices and retail units through channel partners, brokers, brand consultants, investors, and direct outreach.
  • Develop strong relationships with local retailers, franchise owners, SMEs, corporates, and investors.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential business categories and target clients.

Sales & Closures

  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment discussions for commercial and retail prospects.
  • Understand business models and investment objectives to recommend suitable office or retail configurations.
  • Lead price negotiations, payment structuring, and deal finalization in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and handholding until successful closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat investments and referrals.
  • Deliver a professional and consultative buying experience aligned with investor and brand expectations.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market rentals, yields, competing commercial projects, and retail demand trends.
  • Share real-time feedback on pricing, layouts, and product positioning to support sales and marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Retail Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven exposure to shop sales, office sales, investor transactions, or pre-leased assets.
  • Strong understanding of Ambernath, Badlapur, Thane, and extended MMR commercial markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing both sourcing and closures independently.
  • Willingness to work on weekends with compensatory weekly offs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing / Real Estate Management will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
