Commercial Artist (Graphic Designer)

Smarphics Solutions is a young Creative and Digital marketing agency based in Thane. We are a dynamic hub where creativity and strategy converge to redefine brand narratives. We specialize in branding, graphic design, video production, and digital marketing to help businesses grow and succeed.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented Commercial Artist (Graphic Designer) to join our team. This is a hybrid work-from-home opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic and creative team.

Job Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Artist who can create visually impactful designs for branding, advertising, and marketing communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling, with hands-on experience in creating commercial artworks for digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative visuals for advertisements, branding, and marketing campaigns

Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs

• Create social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and print creatives
• Develop brand-consistent designs as per client guidelines
• Work on logos, packaging design, corporate collaterals, and promotional materials
• Adapt designs for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites)
• Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, and color modes
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visuals
• Revise artworks based on client and internal feedback

Required Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding
• Knowledge of print production standards
• Ability to convert concepts into commercially effective designs
• Attention to detail and creativity with a commercial mindset

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Commercial Art
• 1–3 years of experience as a Commercial Artist / Graphic Designer
• Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply

• Passion for design and branding

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience in print production processes (pre-press, color modes, paper selection, finishes)
• Basic understanding of vendor coordination and print execution
• Knowledge of Canva, Premier Pro, After Effects, or basic motion graphics is an added advantage
