Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Commercial Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment and systems within manufacturing facilities and bulk plant operations. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of complex machinery, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and piping systems. Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs using various Tig / Mig welding techniques to restore equipment functionality.
• Operate portable field service equipment such as, backhoe, mini excavator, roller, scissor lifts and other industrial lifts to access elevated or hard-to-reach machinery safely.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Transportation provided from shop to job site.
• Work radius is 90 miles from shop.

Experience

• Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility or similar industrial environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, piping systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in welding techniques specific to Tig/Mig welding standards as well as general fabrication skills.
• Experience working in field service roles with customer interaction is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial maintenance including OSHA standards is essential.
• Non smoking preferred.
• Driver's license is a must , CDL is a plus.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
