Position Overview: As a Claims Investigator specializing in Trucking and Commercial Auto Liability, you will be pivotal in gathering accident loss details and conducting thorough investigations. Your responsibilities will include gathering evidence and facts that assist with assessing and determining liability and providing detailed reports to support the claims resolution process. The work schedule for this position covers weekends from Friday to Sunday evenings in the EST or CST zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Highly Responsive:
• Respond promptly to new claim assignments and client requests for additional information.
• Initiate investigation immediately
• Be available during critical times, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Claims Adjusters to provide necessary investigative support during claim evaluation.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations to gather evidence, statements, and documentation related to claims.
• Document findings accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner.
• Ensure all investigative activities adhere to industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Claims Investigator, preferably in Trucking and Commercial Auto Liability.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, investigative techniques, and legal processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in claims management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
