We are a Richardson, Texas commercial collection agency seeking experienced commercial bill collectors to join our team.

Compensation & schedule

· $4,000 per month guaranteed draw

· 20% commission on collected fees after draw

· Full‑time, in‑office

· Hours: Mon–Thu 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Fri 7:30 am–1:00 pm

What you’ll do

· Work a portfolio of commercial (B2B) accounts by phone and email

· Negotiate payments, settlements, and payment plans with business owners and A/P

· Document all calls and promises in the system accurately

· Follow all applicable collection laws and company policies

What we’re looking for

· 2+ year experience in commercial or B2B collections preferred

· Strong negotiator who is comfortable demanding for payment

· Clear communication and professional phone presence

· Reliable, organized, and driven by commissions and results
