Position Overview: As a Claims Adjuster specializing in Trucking and Commercial Auto Liability, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' efficient and effective claims resolution. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims to achieve fair and timely settlements. You will handle a manageable inventory of bodily injury, property damage, and/or physical damage claims, with an emphasis on injury and litigated files.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure open lines of communication.
• Be available during critical times, demonstrating a commitment to supporting clients when they need us most.
• Respond promptly to new assignments and commence investigations immediately.
• Provide clear and timely updates to clients throughout the claims process

• Conduct thorough investigations to gather all relevant information for claims evaluation.
• Assess coverage and liability, providing accurate and well-documented claim evaluations.
• Consistently deliver professional, high-quality services to meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Hold appropriate state adjuster licensure and may require additional licenses based on the loss locations of our clients.
• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster, preferably in Trucking and Commercial Auto Liability.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, coverage, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability and willingness to cover our after-hours accident reporting line when needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
