The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and well-connected Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our elite team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating high-stakes transactions, advising a portfolio of discerning clients (investors, developers, and occupiers), and capitalizing on Dubai’s buoyant commercial market. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on negotiation, building relationships, and unlocking unparalleled earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing.
- List, market, and sell/lease commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, land).
- Conduct thorough market analysis, property valuations, and feasibility studies for clients.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from viewings to due diligence and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and tenants.
- Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and secure agreements to ensure successful closings.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s commercial real estate market, sub-markets (DIFC, DSO, Business Bay, etc.), and relevant regulations.
- Represent the company with professionalism at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Who You Are (Requirements):
- Proven track record of at least 1+ years in commercial real estate brokerage in the UAE, with a verifiable portfolio of closed deals.
- Extensive network of contacts within Dubai’s commercial real estate sector.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s commercial sub-markets, property laws, and transaction processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage.
