Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking an ICC-Certified Building Inspector near the Wake Village, TX area. This is a part time position with the possibility of becoming full time. What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Issue permits, violation notices, and stop-work orders when needed.
• Clearly communicate findings with homeowners, contractors, and field personnel.
• Mentor and train inspection staff to build a stronger, more knowledgeable team.
• Serve as a trusted resource for technical guidance and customer service.
• Stay ahead of the curve by integrating new developments in building and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• State of Texas Plumbing Inspector's License and/or ICC Certifications (Commercial and Residential required).
• 3+ years of inspection experience with municipal agencies.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
