We're bringing on 5 independent contractors to support our swiftly expanding commercial cleaning projects. What You'll Do:

- Perform commercial cleaning at assigned project sites (offices, retail spaces, warehouses, facilities)

- Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards

- Operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies safely

- Communicate professionally with site contacts and the Ventured Sole team

- Complete work on schedule with minimal supervision

What You Need:

- Reliable personal transportation to reach job sites in and around the San Antonio metro area

- Ability to work independently and manage your time without hand-holding

- Flexible availability (projects vary in size and schedule)

- Smartphone with data plan for job communication and check-ins

-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience matters, but character matters more.

What We Offer:

- Project-Based Pay: Contractors typically earn $60 –$200 per project day, depending on contract size and crew structure. The size of the crew per project depends on the thoroughness and efficiency of the team.
