Commercial Cleaner

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in business environments. Job is contract labor and part time. No insurance or benefits are provided and you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.

- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a commerical cleaner preferred, but not required. Paid training will be provided.

- Ability to handle basic and/or commercial cleaning equipment and machines.

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

- Good time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

**Schedule and Availability:**

- Hours: Part time hours after 5:30pm.

- Availability: Must be available on weekdays and willing to work occasional weekends based on client needs. You will be asked availability at time of interview

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.- Good physical health to perform repetitive tasks
