Commercial Cleaner

Request for Commercial Cleaners — Weekly Service

We are seeking two cleaners to service 11 apartment buildings on a once-per-week schedule. Cleaning will include all shared and common areas across the properties.

Scope of Work

Cleaners will be responsible for the following in each building:

Common Areas

• Hallways
• Lobbies/entries
• Foyers
• Amenity rooms
• Stairwells
• Public/common bathrooms
• Leasing office(s)

Service Expectations

• Each building cleaned once per week (same day each week preferred)
• Consistent, reliable attendance
• Professional commercial-grade cleaning standards
• Ability to supply necessary equipment and cleaning products (or specify if provided by us)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
