Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
• Follow health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to supervisors promptly
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to commercial environments.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation.
