The Role

Location: Grand Forks, ND (30 mile radius)

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available

Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts (great for people who want daytime free)

Pay: $20–$24/hr average (performance-based + tips + bonuses)

What You'll Do

Clean commercial spaces including offices, medical facilities, and retail locations

Work independently or with a small team during evening/weekend hours

Follow TLC's cleaning systems and checklists for consistent results

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in client spaces

This Job Is a Great Fit If You:

Prefer working nights or weekends when spaces are empty and quiet

Take pride in your work and like seeing results

Are reliable — you show up on time, every time

Like structure, clear goals, and earning based on what you produce

Are comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 35 lbs)

Have a smartphone for work communication

Can pass a background check and drug screening

No experience needed — we provide full paid training.
