We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Part-time commercial cleaning position available: 9 hours per week at $18/hour servicing 5 commercial buildings. Route begins in Sewickley and continues through Cranberry to West View. Cleaning can be completed anytime between 2:00 PM Saturday and 5:00 AM Sunday, offering a flexible overnight/weekend schedule. Reliable transportation is required due to multiple locations.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and products
• Conduct floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Clean carpets using specialized equipment such as carpet extractors or steam cleaners to remove dirt and stains
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures for optimal presentation
• Assist with environmental services tasks as needed to support overall facility maintenance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping floors
• Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and procedures
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift
