Commercial Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to clean an account 3 times a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various commercial settings. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained according to company standards.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other machinery safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines while performing duties.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
