Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing high-touch areas to promote health and safety
• Assist with light maintenance duties including minor repairs, touch-up painting, and facilities upkeep to support overall building operations
• Follow established cleaning protocols for industrial or specialized areas to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
• Support team members during busy periods or special cleaning projects to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
