Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas using industry-standard cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure a tidy environment.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness by following established protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while upholding quality standards.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
