Must be available on Wednesday after 5pm for 6-7 Hours.

Must be available on Friday evening or Saturday or Sunday for approx 8 hours total.

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in Rockledge, Melbourne, and Palm Bay.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our clients' commercial properties (including offices, common areas, and facilities). The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas, including offices, lobbies, hallways, and breakrooms.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors) to ensure high hygienic standards.
• Waste Removal: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and transport waste/recycling to designated outdoor dumpsters.
• Surface Care: Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and desks.
• Window & Glass Care: Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and entrance doors.
• Inventory & Equipment: Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when supplies are low. Maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and clean working condition.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked after finishing a shift. Follow all safety, chemical handling (OSHA), and company procedures.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35–50 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to ensure consistent and timely attendance.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot cleanliness issues and address them thoroughly without constant supervision.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
