Commercial Cleaner Seneca, MO

Cleaning staff keep assigned locations, such as offices, factories, financial institutions, or medical buildings in clean and orderly condition. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Also maintain a level of professionalism regarding punctuality, dependability, and communication.

Basic duties include:

• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of common areas, bathrooms and break rooms
• General floor maintenance (i.e., mopping, vacuuming)
• Maintains a neat and orderly janitors’ closet/area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Must pass a background check.
• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• No felony convictions
• Must be 18 or older
