Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless finish
• Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently and responsibly
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance issues
• Use industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, or facility upkeep as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
