Job Summary
This job is a part time position and night shift only! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee cleaning operations across various restaurants and retail locations in CLT airport. Duties

• Supervise nightly cleaning activities across multiple restaurants and retail locations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff, fostering a team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety and excellence
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies
• Coordinate with clients and management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, supplies inventory, and incident reports
• Oversee janitorial operations including deep restaurant cleaning, custodial tasks, and specialized cleaning such as carpet or window washing in commercial settings

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or restaurant management with a focus on supervision or leadership roles
• Strong background in supervising teams with excellent organizational and management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to lead by example while motivating staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with restaurant and retail industry standards is a plus for understanding customer service expectations
