Duties

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites, ensuring all tasks meet quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and train janitorial staff to perform cleaning duties efficiently and safely
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining service quality
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service
• Coordinate with clients or management teams to address specific cleaning requirements or special projects
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services
• Strong background in cleaning techniques such as janitorial work, laundry services, or housekeeping management
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Knowledge of custodial practices within hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and safety procedures
