Commercial Cleaning/Janitorial PT 2hrs per day/3 days a week ($500 per Month)

Job Title: Commercial Cleaner
Schedule: Three (3) days per week | Two (2) hours per day | Total: Eight (6) hours per week

Basic Job Description

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment across multiple facility areas. Duties include performing a variety of light to moderate cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal to ensure all designated spaces are properly maintained and presentable.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities – Each Service Day

• Restrooms: Clean and sanitize all fixtures, refill soap, paper, and other supplies, mop floors, and empty trash receptacles.
• Break Room/Kitchen Area: Clean small appliances, sanitize countertops and sinks, sweep and mop floors, and empty trash.
• Office Areas: Dust desks, surfaces, and furniture; vacuum carpeted floors; empty and replace wastebasket liners.
• Workshop/Garage Areas: Sweep concrete floors, remove debris, and empty trash bins.
• Entryways: Sweep and mop entrance areas, clean interior glass doors and windows.
• General: Dust light fixtures, clean switches and door handles, restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

General Requirements:

• Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
• Use cleaning products and equipment according to company and safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure all areas are secured and lights turned off upon completion of shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $500.00 per month
