Position is open to skilled and those new to project management, but experienced in either glass / glazing or the project management workflow from another commercial trade. Training is available. More experienced applicants are also encouraged to apply. Construction related education is not required for those with experience.
Looking for a person willing to dive into the glass trade in a subcontractor's workflow. Candidate must be able to review and respond to emails easily, is experienced in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and can stay organized on their own. We are willing to train the workflow and/or our industry specifics if someone has a strong work ethic and proves to take the initiative.
Hours: 7am-3:30pm M-F
Primary duties will include:
*creating submittal and transmittal documents,
*gathering product info from vendor sites to submit to general contractors,
*Updating SDS binders as needed per project,
*generating labor reports from in-house software to submit back to PM team on findings
*reviewing shop drawings, structural, and architectural plans (any exposure to this or experience in this is a plus.),
*Requesting warranty info near the end of projects,
*Generating the Closeout package to submit to our clients
