Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind accurate project cost assessments, helping us deliver exceptional projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction estimating, cost control, and project management will ensure our projects are financially successful from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools like Bluebeam.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and pricing that meet project budgets.
• Conduct thorough site visits to gather on-the-ground data for accurate cost estimation and risk assessment.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals that include labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Monitor project costs throughout construction to ensure adherence to budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in contract negotiations and manage change orders to maintain profitability and project scope integrity.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation for transparency and future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of construction site operations, contracts, and cost control strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience in construction management or site supervision is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents accurately.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
