Construction Depot is a commercial construction organization that performs painting, flooring and project management.

Job Summary
On a temporary basis, we're seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to complete change orders for flooring, drywall skim coating, paint and project management. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, and change orders .

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop comprehensive construction estimates.
• Use estimating software such as Bluebeam to prepare detailed cost proposals.
• Conduct thorough site visits to gather on-the-ground insights and verify project scope.
• Analyze costs related to labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to establish accurate budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to align estimates with project timelines and specifications.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial construction estimating.

• Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in cost analysis and pricing strategies.

Pay: $290.00 - $300.00 per week
