We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team in Houston. This is a key role responsible for managing multiple retail and restaurant construction projects while delivering top-quality results for our clients.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee 4–5 projects simultaneously and serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and field teams. You will be responsible for:

• Managing project budgets and cost controls
• Creating and maintaining project schedules
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Conducting regular site visits and supporting field staff
• Leading project documentation, reporting, and closeouts
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager with a retail or restaurant contractor
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
• Experience reading plans and coordinating with field teams
• A proactive, self-driven work style

Preferred Software Experience:

On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, Sage Contractor 100 (a plus, not required)
