Commercial Construction Sourcing Specialist - Remote - Full Time

Job Overview

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing subcontractors estimates and pricing of materials to support the successful execution of our estimating and construction team. This individual plays a key role in cost control, outlining scopes of work, creating relationships and contacts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.

Duties

• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for construction materials, services, and equipment.
• Obtain and analyze quotes, bids, and proposals to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Maintain and update a database of approved suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and procurement teams to forecast needs and align sourcing strategies with project timelines.

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement within the construction industry is required.
