• We are based in Norcross, GA, with offices in Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and Kansas.
• 2026 marks our 57th anniversary!

Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Interpret plans and specifications
• Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries
• Maintain project schedule and safety program
• Meet or exceed client expectations

Superintendent requirements:

• Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven
• Experience with restaurant or light commercial work required
• Ability to perform building layouts and supervise site work
• Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers
• Self-motivated and willing to travel
• Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges
• Effective in written and verbal communication skills.
