Responsibilities:
-Oversee government construction projects from mobilization to delivery
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to project management and Contract Office Representative (COR)
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide guidance to subcontractors and subcontract laborers

Attributes:

- Must speak english, fluently (the ability to speak spanish is a plus)

-Able to clear a background check (required for access to government property)
- Willing to travel/work within the lower 48 (largely mid west United States)
- Experience with government construction projects
- Commitment to safe construction principles and practices
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Word/Outlook/Excel, etc)

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
