Position Overview

They are seeking a highly connected and sophisticated commercial leader responsible for driving client acquisition and portfolio growth internationally. This is not a traditional sales role, it is a strategic, advisory driven position focused on relationship building and asset management, supporting UHNW clients in building bespoke wine investment portfolios as part of their broader diversification strategy.


Key Responsibilities
Business development and client acquisition
  • Identify and convert UHNW clients, family offices, and private banks.
  • Activate and grow an international network (Middle East, USA, Europe, Asia, Africa).
  • Organize and host exclusive events, such as private tastings and curated trips to Bordeaux.

Client advisory and portfolio management
  • Guide clients in constructing rare wine investment portfolios.
  • Provide an ultra personalized, discreet service focused on long term relationships.
  • Present investment opportunities based on market analysis, rarity assessments and value appreciation potential.

Brand representation
  • Act as an ambassador of the house within the luxury and wealth management ecosystem.
  • Develop partnerships with premium brands, private clubs and wealth advisory networks.

Candidate Profile
  • Perfect command of English and French (mandatory)
  • Proven experience acquiring UHNW clients in luxury or wealth related environments, such as private banking, wealth management, high end real estate, prestige retail, private clubs, etc.
  • Existing personal network of UHNW / HNW clients or key influencers
  • Sophisticated commercial mindset, strong trust building capacity and ability to close high value transactions
  • Excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, elegant presence
  • Interest or passion for wine, collectible assets, or alternative investments (full training provided)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and high performance standards
