Job Summary:

To support HMG's continuous growth ambitions, we are looking for a Commercial Contract Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of contract management across all commercial agreements, ensuring alignment, continuity, and accountability
• Support the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contracts by focusing on key commercial terms, identifying potential risks, and ensuring alignment between legal provisions and operational deliverables
• Translate signed commercial contracts into actionable obligations, KPIs, service deliverables, and performance milestones
• Serve as the focal point for end-to-end contract performance oversight, ensuring that contractual, business, and operational obligations are fulfilled
• Ensure proactive tracking and alerting of contractual requirements, deadlines, and risk triggers to prevent non-compliance or value deviation
• Maintain contract documentation, version control, and audit readiness while ensuring full lifecycle performance governance aligned with internal policies
• Maintain and utilize internal tools, dashboards, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms for proactive monitoring of risks, deviations, penalties, and renewal events
• Manage and streamline dashboards, logs, and workflows relevant to contract administration and analyst support functions
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Project PMOs to ensure contract compliance and sustained performance

Education/Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law or related specialism
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial contract oversight roles within healthcare, infrastructure, or managed services sectors, preferably with a background as a Contract Administrator or Paralegal in organizations managing large-scale service contracts
• SLA/KPI regime design, contract change control, penalty and variation processes, financial triggers, and post-award governance
• Hands-on use of digital contract lifecycle management systems
• Strong commercial understanding, risk awareness, cross-functional collaboration, contract drafting/negotiation skills, and process discipline
