Job Title: Commercial Country Product Manager - CPM
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research
: Continuously analyze the Saudi One PC market to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities. This includes understanding competitor strategies (Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI, etc.), pricing, and feature sets.

Product Strategy & Vision:
Understanding &
Defining the Commercial Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a long-term product roadmap for ASUS Commercial specific category

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
Coordinating between HQ, Marketing,
Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
throughout the entire product development lifecycle, Manage the product from conception through launch, growth, maturity, and eventual end-of-life (EOL), including Pre-
Configuring, Presales , pricing adjustments and Promotions
Coordinating with Reginal Head , Sales Managers, MDM’s

Contribute to the
Organization’s product & sales Cycle through operational execution
in coordination with ASUS sales team, authorized distributors, resellers & system integration partners/ End-users
-
Explore new End-customer leads provided by inside sales team to assess account potential & map them to propose appropriate products/solutions/ with PPT’s and Presales activities.

Be pro-active in regularly collecting market information to assess the demand & arrive at
Quarterly/monthly ordering forecast on the global supply Chain System

Present
weekly/monthly sales progress
over regular reviews with BDM & Regional Head
-
Track
Competitor
product/pricing to
Develop Competition map
& ASUS strategy to stay ahead
-
Support end-user & sales team with
product information, pricing & supply chain alignment
to participate/win B2B tenders. This includes planning, forecasting, ordering, resource allocation & internal reporting

Contribute to an efficient and
effective 4P plan
to achieve organization's long-term objectives

Organize regular
product trainings
for internal team, channel partners & customers

End-to-end management of product &
supply chain dynamics
in coordination with cross-functional teams in the region, territory & HQ

Maintain Deep
Technical Knowledge
of Hardware Solutions, Components.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, MBA is a Plus
-
Excellent Command of English – spoken & written, Arabic is a Plus
-
Reasonable foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services overall.

Understanding of local IT market with 4-5 years Product Management related working experience in the IT business either from a vendor, distributor or large commercial reseller or SI
-
Ability to work in a team environment, self-motivated and willing to take initiatives of new assignments
-
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
-
Knowledge of MS Office – particularly Excel, Power point
-
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce Platform is a Plus
-
Technical proficiency in Computer Hardware Planning Cycle
-
Demonstrated Quota achievement.
