Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead and oversee all commercial activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all commercial functions to drive profitability and growth for our projects, ensuring effective contracts management, procurement, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage all aspects of contracts administration to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier selection, and vendor management to ensure best value and timely delivery.
• Implement rigorous cost control measures and financial analysis to monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Collaborate with project teams to align commercial objectives with development timelines and project construction delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial leadership roles within real estate development or construction sectors.
• Expertise in contracts management, procurement, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
