Job Summary
The Commercial Director will be responsible for business development in international markets and for driving the company’s profit growth by managing the key functional areas of procurement, sales and logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth commercial operations.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and business KPIs, and provide regular commercial reports to management.
- Support expansion into new markets and identify potential business development opportunities.
- Ensure effective inventory planning and alignment with market demand and sales forecasts.
- Approval of the company’s operating and investment budgets
- Building a strong team to achieve the company’s objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior business development management role within the automotive aftermarket or spare parts industry.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing staff in companies with over 100 employees
