Commercial Director / GM (Chemical MNC)

Responsibilities:

Overall in charge of APAC P&L

Accountable for overall P&L performance across the APAC and Middle East regions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to drive strategic execution and achieve Group targets.

Work in partnership with the Global Head of Operations to enhance the performance of manufacturing facilities in region

Lead product cost optimization programs focusing on direct and indirect spend efficiency, raw material substitution, and logistics cost reduction.

Oversee portfolio rationalization and optimization across multiple production sites.

Drive global tender processes for strategic and key customer accounts.

Manage working capital effectively to strengthen overall cash flow and financial health.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering / Business

At least 15 years of experience in Chemical Industry
