A leading media co. is seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to drive commercial growth across its expanding portfolio of digital, content, and media brands. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for someone who excels in building partnerships, generating revenue, and shaping long-term commercial vision.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build and strengthen relationships with major clients, media agencies, PR firms, and brand marketing teams.
  • Develop and launch new revenue streams across digital media, content platforms, and commercial partnerships.
  • Identify high-value collaborations that elevate brand engagement and drive commercial performance.
  • Lead monthly revenue delivery in core markets and support expansion into new regions.
  • Craft compelling sales pitches, commercial proposals, and strategic presentations.
  • Pitch innovative media and content solutions to brands and agencies.
  • Develop tailored commercial concepts that position the company as a preferred media partner.
  • Produce high-quality pitch decks, campaign reviews, and seasonal commercial packages.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new offerings aligned with market needs.
  • Conduct financial, economic, and market analysis to assess risks and uncover opportunities.
  • Review and optimize sales, marketing, vendor, and commercial operations for efficiency and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial and business development team.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment and unified market strategy.
  • Foster a culture rooted in creativity, collaboration, and high performance.


What You Bring


  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles - preferably in media, advertising, digital content, AdTech, or related sectors.
  • Strong record of revenue generation, partnership development, and building winning commercial strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to elevate team performance.
  • Highly detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and resourceful.
