Commercial Dock and Door Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician in our Dock and Door Division. The FST travels to the customer location in a company provided vehicle and either completes a scheduled maintenance plan, follow up repair, normal wear/tear planned repair, pre-planned new equipment installation, or emergency breakdown repairs. FSTs must be able to correctly diagnose repairs, communicate with our parts department and customer base alike. Our Dock and Door technicians regularly work with: Dock Levelers, Edge of Dock Levelers, Sectional Doors, Rolling Steel Doors, Highspeed Doors, Truck Restraints, and other dock equipment. All pay is DOOR TO DOOR.

Carson Dock and Door is currently the most rapidly growing operation within our company. Experienced technicians are preferred, but we will consider all applicants. All applicants will go through orientation and onboarding training. We regularly complete internal classroom/field instruction and factory and industry-based certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Low to High Voltage Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
• Door hanging: 1 year (Preferred)
• Door Installers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Stick Welding: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Raleigh, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
