Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver for The Sweet & Savory Collective
(Pop Pie Co. & Stella Jean's Ice Cream)

The Sweet & Savory Collective, the parent company of Pop Pie Co. and Stella Jean's Ice Cream, is looking for a reliable, hardworking delivery driver to join our team! As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from our production facility on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in San Diego to our locations across San Diego County and in Costa Mesa.

About the Role:

Our delivery drivers play a key role in ensuring our products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The majority of your workday will be spent loading and unloading product, driving between our kitchen and retail locations, with some general cleaning and maintenance duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual who is committed to delivering excellent service. If you have a clean driving record, experience as a commercial driver, and some food handling or kitchen prep experience, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and unload goods to our locations.
• Ensure product quality and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Perform some light cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
• Represent our brands with a positive and friendly attitude.

Job Details:

• Part Time OR Full Time Position
• Competitive base wages starting at $20/hour.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or delivery.
• Strong awareness that product quality and exceptional customer service are top priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift.
• Clean driving record is a must.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to represent The Sweet & Savory Collective brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Weekend availability is required.
• A strong sense of urgency is key to success in this role.
