Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Driver to and non CDL join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks to deliver freight efficiently and reliably across designated routes. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, proper load handling, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmission, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other freight vehicles.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring secure and damage-free deliveries.
• Drive route-specific deliveries, maintaining punctuality and professionalism throughout each shift.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Manage documentation related to freight movement, including delivery logs, load manifests, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience

• Proven truck driving experience with a valid CDL A license.
• Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently.
• Experience handling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized trucks such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks is preferred.
• Prior delivery driver experience with route driving and freight handling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with load & unload procedures and equipment like forklifts is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and transportation operations.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $30,000.00 per month
