Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver to operate bucket trucks and grapple debris hauling trucks in support of professional tree service and vegetation management operations. This position plays a critical role in daily jobsite efficiency, crew safety, and equipment care.

This is a working driver position—drivers are expected to assist crews on site when not actively driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-required vehicles including:

• Bucket trucks
• Grapple trucks
• Debris hauling trucks

• Transport crews, equipment, and debris to and from job sites
• Assist ground crews with:

*

• Loading and unloading debris
• Chipping operations
• Jobsite cleanup

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-functioning equipment
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, ANSI Z133, and company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and management
• Represent the company professionally with customers and the public

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class B or A) – REQUIRED
• Clean or manageable MVR
• Experience operating bucket trucks and/or grapple trucks preferred
• Tree service, utility, or construction experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and assist with manual labor
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and safety mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
