Position Overview

We are hiring a CDL Class A Driver for local and regional deliveries. This is NOT an over-the-road (OTR) position. Our drivers are home every night.

You’ll play a key role in delivering plant material and hardscape products to our customers safely, professionally, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate Class A vehicles (flatbeds, gooseneck trailers, etc.)
• Transport plant material, trees, shrubs, and hardscape products
• Secure loads properly and ensure safe delivery
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Represent Taproot Nursery professionally at job sites
• Assist with loading/unloading when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or skid steers (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to handle physical work and outdoor conditions
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
