Job Overview

Direct Disposal is looking for a reliable and motivated Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our growing team. This position involves delivering, swapping, and picking up roll-off dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll-off truck/ Heavy Duty Pick up to deliver and pick up dumpsters
• Properly place containers in safe and accessible locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean and professional truck appearance
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding job details
• Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A
• Clean driving record
• Experience with roll-off trucks or similar equipment preferred (will train the right person)
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in waste management or construction industry
• Knowledge of local roads and job site navigation
• Good customer service skills
